• The hotel organizes mountain hikes with a guide and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• In cooperation with Green Mountain travel agencies, it intermediates in booking coach trips for guests, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.
• Green Mountain is a place with sports activities for adults.

• The Wellness area is located in the 5-star hotel building.
• Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
• The relaxation zone is equipped with infrared, dry saunas, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests can use bathrobes during their stay in the area.

* To ensure maximum comfort while using the relaxation zone, please note that the sauna area (textile-free) is available for guests over 16 years of age.

• The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
