Super łóżko - naprawdę można się wyspać jak nigdy! Wszędzie pięknie i czysto. Pracownicy mają poczucie humoru i są przy tym bardzo taktowni i nienachalni. Super załoga! Parking jest bardzo duży, a atrakcje wydają się bardzo przemyślane - jak np. nocny room service. Cudowna lokalizacja dla wszystkich chcących odpocząć blisko natury. Wysokiej jakości sery i wędliny na śniadaniu. Bardzo smaczne.

Świetnie, że przyjmują zwierzęta, tym bardziej, że naprawdę jest gdzie z nimi pospacerować. Pokój był bardzo czysty, można skupić się na odpoczynku. Fajna opcja śniadaniowa. Dobrý den, stay u Vás byl příjemný, mám k němu ale výhrady: 1. Původní pokój apartmánový dům 6, číslo 112 - smrděl v něm kouř, opakovaně i přes větrání. Druhý den stay jsem požádal o nový pokoj a hned ho dostal - děkuji. Na apartmánu 116 tento problém nebyl. 2. Postele a matrace - postele vržou, po dlouhé době mě z matrací bolela záda. Tady to chce kvalitu rozhodně zvýšit a neodpovídá 5*. 3. Drobnější problémy: a) v hlavním pokoji (116) nešlo zatáhnout závěs, protože ho polovina chyběla b) vybavení - není k dispozici otvírák na víno, propisosvací tužky, papír, skleničky na víno... To był nasz pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu. Jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem. Piękne, przestronne apartamenty z cudownym widokiem. Cakes baked on site, delicious bread, a wide range of breakfast options. All places - corridors, reception, elevators and rooms are kept in perfect order. Green Mountain is located literally a 15-minute walk from the center of Karpacz.

Każdy - od recepcjonistów po pracowników SPA, uśmiechnięty, uprzejmy i bardzo pomocny. Bogata oferta animacji i atrakcji dla dzieci. Ciasta pieczone na miejscu, pyszne pieczywo, szeroki wybór opcji śniadaniowych. Wszystkie miejsca - korytarze, recepcja, windy i pokoje utrzymane w idealnym porządku. Green Mountain leży dosłownie 15 minut spacerem od centrum Karpacza.

Super miejsce na odpoczynek od miasta. Na wypad z Wrocławia czy Poznania idealna lokalizacja. W salach zabaw są animatorki, które prowadzą fajne zajęcia dla dzieciaków. Bardzo ładnie posprzątane, jakby wszystko było nowe.

Měli jsme pouze snídaně a ty byli úžasné! Všeho dost, a co musím vypíchnout je možnost výběru času - snídaně jsou na dvě časové etapy a to je pecka! Určitě doporučujeme

Spod hotelu można dojechać pod główne atrakcje Karpacza za grosze. Super basen i spa. Czysto i pachnie nowością! Łazienka z wygodnym prysznicem, bardzo przyjemnie. Okolica jak z bajki! Cudowne miejsce. Gastronomia to ogromny plus tego miejsca. Wszystko smakowało bardzo dobrze. Świetny personel, wyczulony na potrzeby Gości sprawia, że można się poczuć wyjątkowo. Bardzo dziękuję za uwzględnienie moich próśb podczas dokonywania rezerwacji apartamentu. Apartament w którym mieszkaliśmy spełniał nasze oczekiwania. Do zobaczenia.

We enjoyed our stay at Green Mountain. We had an apartment with a mezzanine and a large terrace. It was very comfortable and we used all the options of the hotel. The hotel has two large swimming pools, 3 jacuzzis and super saunas. In July, you can also use the outdoor pool. Breakfasts ok - a large selection and nothing was missing.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Green Mountain. Mieliśmy apartament z antresolą i dużym tarasem. Było bardzo komfortowo i korzystaliśmy ze wszystkich opcji hotelu. Hotel ma dwa spore baseny, 3 jacuzzi i super sauny. W lipcu można korzystać też z basenu zewnętrznego. Śniadania ok- duży wybór i niczego nie brakowało.

We have been to this hotel several times. And each time we rate the visit 10/10. During the last reservations, we decided on apartments because we were staying with a child. The apartment is very spacious!! Clean!! Equipped with absolutely everything that can be useful during a holiday with a child - induction hob, fully equipped kitchen, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. The food is very diverse and delicious. There are a lot of attractions for children - animations, indoor swimming pools. and outdoor playrooms (in the playroom in the hotel beautiful wooden stations - we liked them very much) Cordial service. The location of the hotel itself is perfect - off the beaten track next to the exit to the trails .... My attention was also drawn to the details – seemingly nothing like that, but they do something – beautiful cut bouquets of flowers throughout the facility, hand balms in the toilets. We have just returned and we are already considering another stay, at least for a few days ☺️

Byliśmy w tym hotelu już kilkanaście razy. I za każdym razem oceniamy wizytę 10/10. Podczas ostatnich rezerwacji decydowaliśmy się na apartamenty z uwagi na pobyt z dzieckiem. Apartament bardzo przestronny!!! Czysty!!! Wyposażony absolutnie we wszystko co może się przydać podczas wakacji z dzieckiem - płyta indukcyjna w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, naczynia sztućce garnki itp. Jedzenie bardzo różnorodne i przepyszne. Atrakcji dla dzieci bardzo dużo- animacje, baseny wewn. i zewn. Sale zabaw ( w sali zabaw w hotelu piękne drewniane stacje- bardzo nam się podobały ) Obsługa serdeczna. Samo usytuowanie hotelu wymarzone - na uboczu obok wyjścia na szlaki …. Moją uwagę zwróciły również detale- niby nic takiego ale jednak robią to coś- piękne cięte bukiety kwiatów na terenie całego obiektu, w toaletach balsamy do rąk. Dopiero wróciliśmy a już rozważamy kolejny pobyt, choć na kilka dni ☺️

A six-day stay with the family in Apartments (no category) but recommended and operated by a 5 star hotel. Apartments suitable for renovation - dirty walls, floors to be replaced, shower cabin in need of repair, not to mention silicones, annex equipment very poor, mattresses to be replaced (as if I slept on a hump). The hotel itself deserves 3 stars for the Pool and SPA Zone, food for 5 stars without fireworks for a strong 3. Pay attention to how many cakes are left on the guests' plates - the only ones that are eaten are apple pie - the rest to be replaced - artificial, overly sweet ready-made cakes. To sum up, it's 3 *** and that's all this hotel can afford. Apartment 1* .

Zwróćcie uwagę ile ciast zostaje na talerzach gość - jedyne zjadliwe to szarlotka - reszta do wymiany -sztuczne przesłodzone gotowce . Podsumowując to 3 *** i to wszystko na co ten Hotel stać . We regret to say that this was our last visit to this hotel. No set of cosmetics in the room, not very varied breakfasts. During our stay, we asked for a baby cot, but we indicated to leave it in front of the room and asked not to enter. There was a tag on the handle saying "please do not disturb", and someone in our absence came in anyway, leaving the cot, cleaning our rooms, although we clearly did not want it. The hotel is very different from the 5-star standard and the price for such a stay is definitely exorbitant.

Z przykrością stwierdzamy, że była to nasza ostatnia wizyta w tym hotelu. Brak jakiegokolwiek zestawu kosmetyków w pokoju, mało urozmaicone śniadania. Podczas pobytu poprosiliśmy o łóżeczko dziecięce, ale zaznaczyliśmy aby zostawić je przed pokojem i prosiliśmy aby nie wchodzić. Na klamce była zawieszka „prosimy nie przeszkadzać”, a ktoś pod naszą nieobecność i tak wszedł, zostawiając łóżeczko, sprzątając nam pokoje choć jasno i wyraźnie sobie tego nie życzyliśmy. Hotel bardzo odbiega od standardu 5 gwiazdek oraz cena za taki pobyt jest zdecydowanie wygórowana.

Super planned time, no room for boredom - concerts with live music, swimming pools, saunas, etc. Very efficient service, everything well organized. A huge selection of savoury and sweet breakfasts, all delicious. The views are simply beautiful. You can see the mountains and the forest, and the trail leading to Śnieżka is right next to it.

Można poczuć się jak w domu. Czysto, higienicznie i bardzo przyjemnie. Super zaplanowany czas, nie ma miejsca na nudę - koncerty z muzyką na żywo, baseny, sauny itp. Bardzo sprawna obsługa, świetnie wszystko zorganizowane. Ogromny wybór śniadaniowy na słono i słodko, wszystko pyszne. Widoki są po prostu przepiękne. Widać góry i las a szlak prowadzący na Śnieżkę jest zaraz obok.

Stay from 27.04 to 01.05.2025. We were in an apartment in building No. 7 near the hotel. We checked in at 4 p.m., the apartment was already ready. Clean without any reservations. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The food was also very good, maybe not everything tasted good, but it is not because it was poorly prepared, but because not everyone likes everything! There were a lot of dishes for children, both for breakfast and dinner. Every day, after hiking in the mountains with the children, we went to the swimming pool. Pobyt od 27.04 do 01.05.2025. Byliśmy w apartamencie w budynku nr 7 niedaleko hotelu. Zameldowaliśmy się o godzinie 16. , apartament był już gotowy. Czysty bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedzenie również było bardzo dobre, może nie wszystko smakowało ale to nie wynika z tego, że było źle przygotowane tylko z tego że po prostu nie wszystko wszyscy lubią! Dużo było dań dla dzieci zarówno na śniadania jak o na obiadokolację. Codziennie po wędrówce po górach z dziećmi szliśmy na basen. Nie były dużego obłożenia, korzystaliśmy również z sali zabaw zlokalizowanej obok naszego budynku. Dzieci były bardzo zadowolone. Napewno tam jeszcze wrócimy😊 pozdrawiamy

They didn't clean our room and we were from Thurs to Sun. It's not a big drama, but they could have written that this is how it works. The room is cool if you have children. The place has super nice views and a good base for trips. Close to everywhere. The pools are cool, one for swimming is quite large, a paddling pool for children, a medium one with massagers and cephalic water, and 3 jacuzzis (they massage poorly). There are several different dishes.

Blisko wszędzie. Baseny spoko, jeden do plywania całkiem spory, brodzik dla dzieci, taki średni z masażerami i cepłą wodą no i 3 jacuzzi (słabo masują). Są sałny kilka różnych.

On the other side, I really appreciate that the hotel does not provide single use bath products. I was a bit scared at the beginning to find noisy kids and families around, but I have to say that overall it was ok. I did not like the SPA, it looks old and not cozy. There are good SPA facilities (many saunas, steambath...), but everything does not look like a 5* hotel. There are no pools with cold water, no herbal teas, snacks or fruit available. This is not 5*. The Jacuzzi was very weak, no power in the hydro-massage. Also it is not good to mix kids with adults that want to rest and relax, you should have 2 separate areas, one for families and one for adults. Two hours for only adult clients are not enough. Also the reception does not look like e 5* hotel, the furnitures are not refined and there is no welcome drink or gift. The breakfast was a total mess, no available tables where to sit, every table was full of left dirty dishes, no one taking care of it. We walked up and down the room for 5 minutes to find a table where to sit, and at the end we cleaned the table ourselves! And we ate surrounded by leftovers. Navíc jsou apartmány postaveny i mezi "chatami nebo domy" bydlících místních obyvatel. They are one of the same people since the house is disintegrating to the oken. To ještě nebylo tak špatné, ale lidé z tohoto domku pořád něco hlučného dělali na zahradě. Motorová pila, sekačka, vyžínač..., tak že hluk asi z 5 metrů byl nepříjemný. Chápu, že ti lidé mají svůj život a nemohou za to, že jim developer vystřihl resort hned vedle jejich plotu, ale to nemění nic na tom, že pro hosty resortu je to nepříjemné. Bazén a vířivku jsem využil, vše OK. Jídlo (snídaně a večeře) formou švédských stolů bylo opravdu chutné. Jen výběr nábytku v jídelně - ŽIDLE někdo fakt nedomyslel. Konstrukce židlí je nešťastná, protože se nedají zasunout pod stůl a "nohy" nejsou kolmo dolů, ale do stran a ještě se pod váhou osoby rozjíždějí (jsou kovové). Tím pádem si při proplétání se s jídlem v ruce, musíte dávat sakra pozor, aby jste do židlí nekopali a sami nezakopli a neupadli. Stoly jsou dost hustě u sebe, tak že místo není zrovna komfortní. Mnohokrát jsem se bál, že mi někdo něco "hodí" za krk. Apartmán jsem čekal lepší. Vybavenost je takový průměr. Pohovka byla dost zaneřáděná, proto jsme na ní ani nesedávali. Podlaha byla něčím začerněná (šmouhy), působilo to rušivě. Ventilace na WC a zároveň v koupelně nefungovala. Tak že, když jde někdo na WC, není to zrovna super, jít po druhém také.... Měli jsme s sebou el. kola. Oblast není vhodná na tyto aktivity, když zrovna nemáte rádi jízdu po silnici. V lesích v okolí stezky nebo sjízdné cesty moc nejsou. Asi jediná "atrakce" v okolí je vrchol Sněžky, kam jsme zavítali pěšky. Naše Českosaské Švýcarsko je mnohem malebnější a je zde daleko více co vidět. V součtu mých postřehů, bych pobyt hodnotil na horší čtyřku.

Všichni were milí a vstřícní. Mohu doporučit 10/10 a určitě to nebylo naposledy, co jsme tam byli. V okolí je dost dětských hřišť a možností na výlety – bobová dráha, vodopád a samozřejmě výšlap na Sněžku. They speak Czech at the reception, so we had no problem with communication. Everyone was nice and helpful. I recommend 10/10 and it certainly wasn't our last time. There are many playgrounds and excursion opportunities in the area – a toboggan run, a waterfall, and of course the ascent to Sněžka. We were delighted! ♥️

Na recepcji mówią po czesku, więc nie mieliśmy problemu z komunikacją. Wszyscy byli mili i pomocni. Polecam 10/10 i na pewno to nie był nasz ostatni raz. W okolicy znajduje się wiele placów zabaw i możliwości wycieczek – tor saneczkowy, wodospad, no i oczywiście wejście na Śnieżkę. Byliśmy zachwyceni! ♥️

Paid parking spaces are often occupied by careless drivers who simply block two adjacent spaces with their car. The reception desk, when asked to intervene and contact the owners of improperly parked vehicles, acts ineffectively or does not take any action at all. Drivers who respect others are forced to look for a distant place, or even park on a public road, even though they have paid PLN 40 per day for parking spaces. The width of the parking spaces also leaves a lot to be desired, it is extremely difficult to get out of the vehicle when another car is parked next to it.

Płatne miejsca parkingowe są często zajęte przez niefrasobliwych kierowców, którzy najzwyczajniej w świecie blokują autem dwa sąsiadujące miejsca. Recepcja poproszona o interwencję i kontakt z właścicielami nieprawidłowo zaparkowanych pojazdów, działa nieskutecznie lub wcale nie podejmuje działań. Kierowcy, którzy szanują innych, są zmuszani do poszukiwania miejsca odległego, lub wręcz parkowanie przy drodze publicznej, mimo że zapłacili za miejsca postojowe 40zł/dobę. Sama szerokość miejsc postojowych też pozostawia wiele do życzenia, jest niezwykle ciężko wysiąść z pojazdu, gdy obok zaparkowane jest inne auto.

The hotel is not a 5* hotel (this is very important information), please do not expect the luxury and service that you would normally find in a 5* hotel. I will list a few basic problems that I have NEVER encountered in a 5* hotel - no one helps with luggage (you have to carry it from the car to the room yourself) - the reception does not greet guests (usually in 5* as soon as you pass by the staff they greet you) - toiletries in the bathroom are shampoo and shower gel (there are no brushes, lotion and other amenities depending on the hotel) - breakfast is a huge self-service buffet, there is no service, no one takes orders for fresh eggs, etc., does not bring fresh coffee or water (I have never encountered such a thing), when it comes to food, they focus on quantity, not quality -the rooms are not cleaned in the afternoon, no one brings water -the fridge in the room is empty, there is not even water -mini bar in the room there is not even a single pack of nuts, empty fridge and cabinet - indoor swimming pool (you can easily break your leg, no one cleans the toilets and changing rooms on a regular basis, it is just very dirty and slippery) -a large part of the staff does not speak Polish or English -there are no meaningful attractions for small children (The visit of alpacas was the only positive experience, the animators are not qualified for their work) -the hotel is advertised as child-friendly (there are no plates and cutlery for children in the restaurant) -children's chairs are always dirty!!! -plates at sagmoobsg breakfast are very often dirty Overall, this hotel probably deserves 3 stars. I can write an essay here, but I think it won't change anything, guests come here only once, they don't have regular customers. They should take away 2 stars.

Wymienię kilka podstawowych problemów z którymi NIGDY się nie spotkałam w hotelu 5* - nikt nie pomaga z bagażem (trzeba z samochodu do pokoju zanieść samemu) - recepcja nie wita gości (zazwyczaj w 5 * gdy tylko przechodzisz obok pracowników witają cię) - kosmetyki w łazience to szampon i żel pod prysznic (nie ma szczoteczek, balsamu i innych udogodnień w zależności od hotelu) - śniadanie to wielki bufet samoobsługowy nie ma obsługi nikt nie bierze zamówień na świeże jajka itp nie przynosi świeżej kawy czy wody (nigdy się z takim czymś nie spotkałam) jeśli chodzi o jedzenie to stawiają na ilość a nie jakość -pokoje nie są sprzątane po południu nikt nie przynosi wody -lodówka w pokoju pusta nie ma nawet wody -mini barek w pokoju nie ma nawet jednej paczki orzechów pustą lodówka i szafka -wewnętrzny basen ( można nogę łatwo złamać nikt nie sprząta na bieżąco w toaletach i szatni jest po prostu bardzo brudno i slisko) -duża część obsługi nie mówi po polsku czy po angielsku -nie ma żadnych sensownych atrakcji dla małych dzieci (Wizyta alpak była jedynym pozytywnym doświadczeniem, animatorzy nie są do swojej pracy wykwalifikowani) -hotel jest reklamowany jako przyjazny dzieciom ( w restauracji nie ma talerzyków i sztućców dla dzieci) -krzesełka dla dzieci są zawsze brudne!!!! -talerze przy sagmoobsgowym śniadaniu bardzo często zdarzają się brudne Generalnie ten hotel prawdopodobnie zasługuje na 3 gwiazdki. Mogę tu napisać esej ale myślę że nic to nie zmieni tu goście przyjeżdżają tylko raz nie mają stałych klientów. Powinni im odebrać 2 gwiazdki.

The rooms are great - comfortable and spacious. Perfectly clean everywhere. The employees are warm, smiling and helpful. A medal-winning service. The wellness area has a very pleasant atmosphere. Great breakfasts, lots of cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables. The proximity of nature is delightful, really beautifully located facility!

The service definitely deserves praise, because even despite many guests, they can take care of everything. A hotel in a beautiful and picturesque place, a bit away from the noisy center of Karpacz.

Oferta jest bardzo przemyślana, jest spora siłownia, baseny, świetne sauny a nawet sklepik. Obsługa dba o czystość basenu i strefy spa. Wszystko wygląda świeżo. Obsługa zdecydowanie zasługuje na pochwałę, bo nawet mimo wielu Gości, potrafi o wszystko zadbać. Hotel w pięknym i malowniczym miejscu, nieco oddalony od hałaśliwego centrum Karpacza.

Městečko Karpacz v dobrém stav silnice, nekontroluje se rychlost, a městské části jsou všechny upraveny, potraviny-žabka do 23 hodin. Pokoje se každý den uklízely (toal.papír a koše), wellnes velice čisté i se solným bazénkem. Jídlo/snídaně výběr všechno druhy, jsou na horách poměrně dost věcí domácí kvality (vejce, med) žádná komerce. Zaměřují se na děti při příjezdu, u odjezdu dostáváte 10% vocher na další cestu (v ČR tato služba nikde nebyla poskytnuta). Mohu jenom vřele doporučit!

The food really is delicious. A restaurant and bar for a medal! Beautiful surroundings, lots of trees around and a wonderful view of the mountains from the windows. The staff is nice and smiling, everyone is very helpful and takes care of every detail. The pool is very pleasant, but the biggest surprise is the 😮 sauna area Clean and smells new! Bathroom with comfortable shower, very pleasant. ❤️

Jedzenie naprawdę jest pyszne. Restauracja i bar na medal! Piękna okolica, mnóstwo drzew dookoła a z okien roztacza się wspaniały widok na góry. It was the first time we were with my husband and 8-month-old daughter at the green mountain hotel. We rented an apartment with a sauna and it was a hit. Very comfortable, clean, spacious. The hotel offers delicious breakfasts and a great swimming pool area. Only the bed in the bedroom consisting of two single beds was not very comfortable. On the downside, there was also the service at the reception, I waited 15 minutes for the check-out, because the only lady who was there at the time was having a phone conversation with new customers.

Pierwszy raz byliśmy z mężem i 8miesieczna córka w hotelu green mountain. Wynajęliśmy apartament z sauna i to był strzał w dziesiątkę. Bardzo komfortowy, czysty, przestronny. W hotelu pyszne śniadania i świetna strefa basenowa. Jedynie łóżko w sypialni składające się z dwóch pojedynczych było niezbyt wygodne. Na minus także obsługa w recepcji, czekałam 15 minut na check out, bo jedyna pani jaka tam była akurat prowadziła rozmowę telefoniczną z nowymi klientami.

I was supposed to spend my best birthday in this hotel. I spent more money on an apartment with a sauna, which was supposed to be a luxury. I thought that if the hotel boasts 5 stars, the choice would be the right one. After arriving at the place and entering the apartment, the view disappointed me. The apartment is raw, damaged floor, kitchenette the worst I have ever seen in my life. One bread knife broken, no annex equipment, I felt like in the worst guesthouse during the communist era. If I had been to an ordinary guesthouse or campsite, I would not have been surprised by this view. But I thought that in a five-star hotel it would be a high standard, especially since I paid a lot of money. Pillows are not comfortable, the apartment is damaged, you can see that the hotel saves on décor and equipment. The cabinet in the bathroom was screwed in place, so I had to keep the cosmetics in the toiletry bag throughout my stay. The food on the first day tasted like in the canteen in a milk bar. It depended on the day, sometimes there were tasty dinners, and there were days as if everything was reheated from the previous day. The staff without a smile, anemic, as if they were working there as a punishment. Tragedy! I am disappointed and disappointed. I thought I was going to spend a beautiful birthday, but I felt like I was in some guesthouse at Halina's in the times of the Polish People's Republic. I often rent various apartments in Poland and around the world and I have never encountered such negligence for so much money! Now I know not to be influenced by stars. I went to much cheaper apartments, and the standard and sense of aesthetics and customer care was at a much better level than this supposedly five-star hotel!!

Miałam w tym hotelu spędzić najlepsze urodziny. Wydałam specjalnie więcej pieniędzy na Apartamet z sauna który miał być luksusem. Myślałam że jeśli hotel chwali się 5 gwiazdkami to wybór będzie słuszny. Po przyjedzie na miejsce i wejściu do apartamentu widok mnie rozczarował.Apartament surowy zniszczona podłoga,aneks kuchenny najgorszy jaki w życiu widziałam. Jeden nóż do chleba połamany,brak wyposażenia aneksu czułam się jak w najgorszym pensjonacie za czasów PRL . Gdybym trafiła do zwykłego pensjonatu czy kempingu nie zaskoczył by mnie ten widok. Ale myślałam że w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym to będzie wysoki standard tym bardziej że zapłaciłam naprawdę nie mało. Poduszki nie wygodne apartament zniszczony,widać że hotel oszczędza na wystroju i wyposażeniu. Szafka w łazience przykręcona wkrętem więc kosmetyki musiałam trzymać przez cały pobyt w kosmetyczce. Jedzenie w pierwszy dzień smakowało jak na stołówce w barze mlecznym. Zależało od dnia raz były smaczne obiady a bywały dni jakby wszystko było odgrzewane z poprzedniego dnia. Obsługa bez uśmiechu anemiczna jakby pracowali tam za karę. Tragedia ! Jestem rozczarowana i zawiedziona. Myślałam że spędzę piękne urodziny a czułam się jak w jakimś pensjonacie u Haliny za czasów PRL. Często wynajmuje różne apartamenty w Polsce i na świecie i nigdy nie spotkałam się z takim zaniedbaniem jeszcze za tyle pieniędzy ! Teraz już wiem żeby nie sugerować się gwiazdkami. Jeździłam do apartamentów dużo tańszych a standard i poczucie estetyki i zadbanie o klienta było na dużo lepszym poziomie niż ten niby hotel pięciogwiazdkowy!!

Hotel with the best breakfasts in Karpacz! Tasty and varied. The location is ideal for a hotel of this standard. Children have a lot to do here, a nicely organized time. Hotel z najlepszymi śniadaniami w Karpaczu! Smacznie i różnorodnie. Lokalizacja idealna dla hotelu o takim standardzie. Dzieci mają tutaj co robić, fajnie zorganizowany czas. W programie są też animacje w lobby. Pokój i wszystkie miejsca ogólnodostępne wysprzątane idealnie. Przytulnie i bardzo komfortowo. Fantastyczny pobyt, na który składa się przede wszystkim świetna obsługa.

There is nothing to complain about when it comes to cleanliness. The hotel's Albero restaurant serves delicious Italian dishes. The swimming pool is a big plus, the spa area of Dr Irena Eris, offers great treatments. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Karpacz, so it is not crowded and noisy. Exceptional service, warm, open and talkative, and at the same time unobtrusive. Fantastic people!

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić jeśli chodzi o czystość. Restauracja Albero należąca do hotelu serwuje pyszne włoskie dania. Basen na duży plus, strefa spa dr Ireny Eris, oferuje świetne zabiegi. Hotel położony na uboczu Karpacza, więc nie jest tłoczno i głośno. Wyjątkowa obsługa, ciepła, otwarta i rozmowna, a przy tym nienachalna. Fantastyczni ludzie!
