The offer includes:

Accommodation in a spacious, modern 5* standard hotel room or a family apartment.
Stay for children up to 3 years old free of charge (sharing a bed with parents).
Stay for two children up to 12 years old free of charge (including breakfast).
Rich Chef’s breakfasts buffet with daily served prosecco. Breakfasts are served in two shifts.
ENTRY TICKET* to the immersive hall in the Querion amusement park for the projection “Palaces and Gardens of the Karkonosze” (duration about 15 minutes) and unlimited access to the VR zone for each person, including free parking on the park grounds.

* Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are available for direct reservations made in August. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or tourist information point. Access to attractions depends on availability of dates in Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.

Wellness & SPA

- The Wellness Area is located in the 5* hotel building.
- Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, heated children's paddling pool, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
- The relaxation zone is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Apartment guests may use bathrobes during their time in the zone.
- At Dr Irena Eris Beauty Partner, prior bookings for treatments are required. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the SPA MENU. Please book treatments in advance at spa@green-mountain.pl or 75 306 75 77.

Hotel check-in starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Extension of the hotel stay is possible subject to availability for an additional fee.
