A wonderful facility in a quiet, peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A large selection of drinks for breakfast, everyone will find something for themselves. Very good service, you can feel the five-star standard and attention to every, even the smallest detail. The room was very clean, you can focus on resting. The only thing I didn't like was the parking fee. My husband brought me and drove away, so I didn't use the parking space, and I had to pay for parking.

Cudowny obiekt w cichej, spokojnej okolicy, z dala od miejskiego zgiełku i hałasu. Duży wybór napojów do śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobra obsługa, czuć pięciogwiazdkowy standard i dbałość o każdy, nawet najmniejszy detal. Pokój był bardzo czysty, można skupić się na odpoczynku. Jedyna rzecz,która mi się nie podobała to opłata za parking. Przywiózł mnie zień i odjechał, więc nie korzystałam z miejsca parkingowego, a musialam zapłacić za parking.

Na terenie hotelu można skorzystać z wielu atrakcji, spa, sauny, czy basenu. Ogromne wrażenie robi jakość obsługi, która na każdym kroku dba o Gości. Przepiękne miejsce, ciche, spokojne i otoczone z trzech stron naturą. Idealny porządek i perfekcyjna czystość. Super pokój. Pyszne desery można zakupić w lobby, wyglądają i smakują świetnie!

The rooms were clean, we were well cared for in a two-level apartment, while the food and the room where breakfasts and dinners are eaten cries out to heaven for vengeance... The room is hot, even hot, the average food does not bring anything fresh at all, cutlery or spoons are not replenished, you have to ask them to bring it, dirt on the tables, the room is crowded with a lot of people, in general the food is not so crazy, you can see that the products from the lowest shelf...... I will say this: there is no good host to manage the kitchen, waiters, food, etc., there is one big mess... and one more thing: none of the guests has their own stop, you have to hunt for a free space ... such a thing is rather unacceptable... We have been to various 5* hotels and there was no such crap... The hotel requires a regime, and a sharp one at a maximum of 2*

Pokoje czyste zadbane bylismy w apartamencie dwu poziomowym,natomiast jedzenie i sala na której spożywa się śniadania oraz obiadokolacje woła o pomstę do niebie...na sali goraco wręcz ukrop,jedzenie średnie nie donoszą wcale nic świeżego,sztućce lub łyżki nie są uzupełniane trzeba prosić aby przynieśli, brud na stolikach,w sali tłoczno duzzzoooo ludzi,ogólnie jedzenie takie sobie szalu nie ma widac ze produkty z najniższej półki......powiem tak nie ma dobrego gospodarza aby zarządzał kuchnia,kelnerami,jedzeniem itd jest jeden wielki bałagan...i jeszcze jedno parkingi żaden z gości nie ma swojego postoju musisz polować na wolne miejsce ...takie cos jest raczej nie dopuszczalne...bywaliśmy w różnych 5*hotelach i takiego dziadostwa nie było...Hotel wymaga reżimu,i to ostrego max 2*

Great hotel. Delicious food in the form of a buffet, dishes change daily, some are cyclical every few days. Everything I tried was very tasty, from breakfast to dinner, cakes as well. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Beautiful mountain views. An ideal starting point to go on a mountain trip. In addition, there is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, playrooms for children. The possibility of buying participation in additional classes, I was on yoga and aqua fitness - I left satisfied. During these few days, I rested and reset.

Świetny hotel. Pyszne jedzenie w formie bufetu, dania zmieniają się codziennie, niektóre są cyklicznie co parę dni. Wszystko co spróbowałam było bardzo smaczne, od śniadania po obiadokolacje, ciasta także. Pokoje czyste, przestronne i bardzo wygodne. Piękne widoki na góry. Idealne miejsce startowe by wyruszyć na górską wycieczkę. Dodatkowo basen na zewnątrz i wewnątrz, siłownia, sauna, sale zabaw dla dzieci. Możliwość dokupienia udziału w zajęciach dodatkowych, byłam na jodze i aqua fitness - wyszłam zadowolona. Przez te parę dni odpoczęłam i zresetowałam się.

Cleaning failure along with not changing towels creates an unforgettable experience. The TV for 5 days of stay worked 1 day because of the supplier's fault:) Child-friendly hotel - playroom one in the attic for children aged 1-2, playroom 2 in the basement small where a 5-year-old after 5 minutes has nothing to do. Both playrooms are located in such a way that the presence of children in them requires constant care of a parent - so if you want to spend time pickled in the basement, I recommend it. In addition, there is a gaming room, which is 3 consoles with uncharged pads, the size of a basement in a block of flats, where, of course, there are specific operating hours and the staff sleeps on sofas in the meantime. The room with the machines - bright 2 minutes of using the machine 5pln - also in the basement of 3x2m:) the service in the whole hotel is terrible, pretentious - you can feel as if you came with a voucher for 500pln for your stay, by accident don't ask about anything. You choose a round of breakfast - ok, but if you choose 09:30, remember that you won't drink coffee in the meantime - cafes are closed, no coffee machine, you can't take coffee out of the canteen (because that's the only way you can call it) because you're on a summer camp, and in your room for a good morning you have 2 instant sachets, which if you use them will never be replenished: ) they will also add water to you, but 2 pcs, because camel children don't drink water😂, and when it comes to catering facilities - a mountain bar - you can buy ice cream, coffee from 12 and possibly white livestock, sit in the garden at a dirty table. Italian restaurant - well, you can eat something there, unless you come across a staff on your fourth visit that doesn't have time to serve you. Then you can use a Polish restaurant, which has restaurant prices, but is located in the hall where dinner is served and is open from 17:00 - if children want to eat dinner, eat in the center and don't wait. Oh, and the most important animations in the hotel - we liked the ninja warrior the most, which was supposed to take place outside, beautifully described as an obstacle course, but it was moved to the playroom and was really great for children who crawl, because a 3-year-old, I think he won't understand that skipping rope is a track. In general, as an undemanding guest giving such a low rating, it really gives food for thought to customers who want to decide to stay in this place - it's a waste of money and time, you won't rest, the children won't have fun, and if you count on moments of luxury, you're wrong. The indoor pools are ok, the spa and treatments are also very cool, the outdoor pool is there and you can feel like in a hotel in Egypt - you will be sitting on the grass on a towel, there will be 100 sunbeds around you that support the towels:) the staff is hard to define, cut to the limit, kids who are there because they are but have no idea about anything! A drink in an Italian restaurant is an orange thrown in by hand, Tymbark juice and sunshine from your hand - if you want a drink, you can order it in the hotel lobby - you will drink it with taste:)

Hotel to wielkie rozczarowanie a jego 5 gwiazdek zostało przyznane przez ślepego i pijanego. Pokój w części hotelowej (apartament)5* duży, przestronny. Sprzątanie porażka wraz z brakiem wymiany ręczników tworzy niezapomniane przeżycie. Telewizja na 5 dni pobytu działała 1 dzień bo wina dostawcy:) Hotel przyjazny dzieciom - bawialnia jeden na poddaszu dla dzieci w wieku 1-2lat, bawialnia 2 w piwnicy mała gdzie 5latka po 5 minutach nie ma co robić. Obie bawialnie umiejscowione tak że przebywanie w nich dzieci wymaga ciągłej opieki rodzica - jeżeli więc chcecie spędzić czas zakiszeni w piwnicy polecam. Do tego gaming room który jest 3 konsolami z nienaładowanymi padami, wielkości piwnicy w bloku, gdzie oczywiście są określone godziny działania a personel śpi w międzyczasie na kanapach. Sala z maszynami - jasne 2 min użytkowania maszyny 5pln - też w piwnicy wielkości 3x2m:) obsługa w całym hotelu fatalna, pretensjonalna - możesz poczuć się jakbyś przyjechał z bonu za 500pln za pobyt, przez przypadek nie pytaj o nic. Wybierasz turę śniadania - ok ale jak wybierzesz 09 30 to pamiętaj że kawy się nie napijesz w między czasie - kawiarnie zamknięte, automatu z kawą brak, ze stołówki (bo tylko tak to można nazwać ) wynieść kawy nie możesz bo jesteś na koloniach, a w pokoju na dzień dobry masz 2 saszetki rozpuszczalnej które jak wykorzystasz nigdy uzupełnione nie będą:) wodę też ci dołożą ale 2 szt bo przecież dzieci wielbłądy nie piją wody😂 a jeżeli chodzi o zaplecze gastronomiczne - bar górski - możesz kupić loda, kawę od 12 i ewentualnie żywca białego, usiąść w ogródku przy brudnym stoliku. Restauracja włoska - nooo coś tam zjesz chyba że trafisz przy czwartej wizycie na obsługę która nie ma czasu cię obsłużyć. Wtedy możesz skorzystać z restauracji polskiej która ceny ma restauracyjne natomiast mieści się w hali gdzie wydaje się obiadokolację i jest otwarta od 17 00 - jeżeli dzieci będą chciały zjeść obiad to jedz na centrum i nie czekaj. Aaaaa i najważniejsze animacje w hotelu - najbardziej podobał nam się ninja warrior który miał odbywać się na dworze pięknie opisany jako tor przeszkód ale został przeniesiony na salę zabaw i był naprawdę świetny dla dzieci które raczkują, bo 3 latek myślę że nie ogarnie że przejście po skakance jest torem. Generalnie jako mało wymagający gość dający tak niską ocenę naprawdę daje do myślenia klientom, którzy chcą się zdecydować na pobyt w tym miejscu - szkoda pieniędzy i czasu, ty nie odpoczniesz, dzieci się nie wybawią a jeżeli liczysz na chwile luksusu to się mylisz. Baseny wewnętrzne są ok, spa i zabiegi również bardzo fajne, basen zewnętrzny jest i możesz poczuć się jak w hotelu w Egipcie - będziesz siedzieć na trawie na ręczniku, wokół ciebie będzie 100 leżaków które podtrzymują ręczniki:) personel ciężko określić, okrojony do granic możliwości, dzieciaki które są bo są ale nie mają pojęcia o niczym! Drink w restauracji włoskiej to wrzucona ręką pomarańcza, sok Tymbark i słoneczka z ręki- jak chcesz drinka to zamówi w lobby hotelowym - wypijesz ze smakiem:)

I'm a bit disappointed with the playground (one swing and a slide). The monkey grove playroom is very small and cramped. Actually, a small room in the basement with a small eye. On hot days, unbearable. A plus is the public transport stop right next to the hotel. You can leave your car in the parking lot and get to the ski lift to Kopa or the city center by bus without worrying about parking. In general, the hotel was nice, but I have a comparison with a hotel from the same chain, but in Szklarska Poręba, where there was a much nicer playroom, a playground for children. Overall 4+ Think more about the youngest guests, because many parents are looking for this type of hotel with their children in mind. Because you know, when it rains, children get bored... :)

Apartamenty czyste z dużym balkonem. Brakuje jednak wyposażenia w aneksie kuchennym (1 duży garnek i patelnia). Brakowało np małego rondelka aby podgrzać dziecku mleko czy też np deski do krojenia). Śniadania i obiadokolacje smaczne i duży wybór ale mógłby być większy wybór posiłków w dziecięcym bufecie. Trochę rozczarowana jestem placem zabaw ( jedna huśtawka i zjeżdżalnia). Sala zabaw małpi gaj bardzo mała i ciasna. Właściwie taki mały pokoik w piwnicy z małym okiemkiem. W gorące dni nie do wytrzymania. Plusem jest przystanek komunikacji miejskiej pod samym hotelem. Można samochód zostawić na parkingu a na wyciąg na Kopę czy do centrum miasta dostać się autobusem nie martwiąc się o parking. Ogólnie hotel fajny ale mam porównanie z hotelem z tej samej sieci ale w Szklarskiej Porębie gdzie była o wiele fajniejsza sala zabaw, plac zabaw dla dzieci. Ogólnie 4 + Proszę pomyśleć więcej o najmłodszych gościach bo wielu rodziców szuka tego typu hotelu z myślą właśnie o swoich pociechach. Bo wiadomo, w czasie deszczu dzieci się nudzą... :)

I bought a 4-day stay for my parents with SPA treatments and meals in mid-July 2025 - my parents came back happy, rested, very satisfied with their stay. The rooms are very nice, clean (mom runs her hotel, so when she says it's clean, it's 100%), delicious food and a very large selection, beautiful location, wonderful massages. And what impressed me very much was the contact with the ladies from the hotel reception and spa during the arrangement of the stay - they were nice, competent, helpful, they gave great advice. Of the surprises: as an attraction for children, a man with 3 alpacas appeared - the parents were delighted! Thank you very much and I sincerely RECOMMEND!!

Wykupiłam 4 dniowy pobyt dla rodziców wraz z zabiegami w SPA i wyżywieniem w połowie lipca 2025 - rodzice wrócili szczęśliwi, wypoczęci, bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Pokoje bardzo ładne, czysto (mama prowadzi swój hotel, więc jak mówi, że jest czysto to tak jest na 100%), jedzenie pyszne i bardzo duży wybór, piękne położenie, masaże cudowne. A to co mnie bardzo ujęło to kontakt w trakcie załatwiania pobytu z paniami z recepcji hotelowej i spa - przemiłe, kompetentne, pomocne, świetnie doradziły. Z niespodzianek: jako atrakcja dla dzieci pojawił się pan z 3 alpakami - rodzice byli zachwyceni! Bardzo dziękuję i szczerze POLECAM!!!

Vybrali si vegani,vegetariani aj celiatici. Na raňajky bola možnosť si dat prosecko🙂výhodou bolo , že aj na večeru boli v ponuke nealkoholické nápoje. Wellnes he tiež skvelý, milý plavčík, ktorý rád odpoviem na otázky. Jedine k čomu nám výhradu je lobby bar, teda k jeho organizácií. Sme zvyknutí, že čašník prúde za nami. Tu to tak nefunguje, musíte si ísť objednať pri bar a potom vám prinesú, co ste si objednali. Toto he baozaj iba tedail. Inak sme boli so všetkým spokojní. Bývali sme na izbe de luxe v hotelovej časti. Dve toalety pri štyroch osobách boli vyhodou🙂 Odporúčam zaplatiť si vnútorné parkovanie odkiaľ je priamy vstup na recepciu. Dakujrme, veľmi radi sa do hotela vrátime 🙂

Baseny są bardzo fajne, dzieci mają się gdzie wyszaleć. Hotel położony w urokliwej, cichej okolicy z pięknym widokiem na góry. Na mocną piątkę oceniam obiadokolacje. Bardzo smaczne posiłki i duży wybór jedzenia. Pracownicy zawsze uśmiechnięci i gotowi pomóc, za co należy się pochwała. Piękny wystrój i sterylna czystość. Bez obaw można ze wszystkiego korzystać.

Porządek w każdym miejscu, wszystko na błysk! Magiczna lokalizacja, widać potęgę i piękno natury. Bardzo duży parking przed hotelem. Recepcja na medal, check-in i check-out z uśmiechem, cały pobyt miło i przyjemnie. Śniadania naprawdę przepyszne i bardzo bogate.

When it comes to food, the restaurant "Kuchnia polska" discouraged us from the very beginning, we were only once, maybe we were unlucky, but the terrible herrings left us no choice. Italian restaurant, sensational dishes as well as a little weaker, chicken breast in lemon sauce, sirloin steak and pizza certainly deserve attention, unsuccessful dishes are certainly tenderloins, salty terribly. A great idea with hours for adults at the pool 👍️

Bardzo wygodny dojazd, do centrum Karpacza można dojść piechotą, nie jest daleko. Fantastyczny pobyt, na który składa się przede wszystkim świetna obsługa. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie to restauracja "Kuchnia polska" na dzień dobry nas zniechęciła, byliśmy tylko raz, może mieliśmy pecha, ale fatalne śledziki nie pozostawiły nam wyboru. Hotel odwiedziliśmy 2 razy i na pewno nie były to nasze ostatnie pobyty. Piękny apartament 2 poziomowy z cudowym widokiem w części hotelowej. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Super animacje dla dzieci i muzyka na żywo w lobby. Od razu za hotelem rozpoczyna się czarny szlak na Śnieżkę, a także przystanek autobusowy, z którego można dojechać w każde miejsce w Karpaczu.

Green Adults The facility is modern, beautifully decorated, very clean. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and the beds are perfect for relaxation. Breakfasts are delicious, varied and fresh, and the service throughout the complex is nice and helpful. An additional advantage is the great location – right next to the entrance to mountain walking paths, which is ideal for active recreation. The only minor downside was the fact that you have to walk to the main building with swimming pools, saunas and spa by an external road – in bad weather it is not very comfortable. But other than that, everything is really at a high level. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the Kuchnia po Polsku restaurant in the hotel. We got there on Friday evening – there weren't many guests, we wanted to order four dinners and drinks. The waiter was rude, he answered in a way that is absolutely unbecoming in a hotel of this class. What's worse – he forgot to place our order, so we waited for a meal for 1.5 hours. The dishes were served to us in two rounds, which was very uncomfortable. Of course, after an hour he brought glasses of champagne and apologized, but unfortunately it did not erase the bad impression. The food itself was average. But the Albero restaurant – a total hit! Delicious food, professional and cordial service – we felt really taken care of there. I would love to come back to this place again.

Dodatkowym plusem jest świetna lokalizacja – tuż obok wejścia na górskie ścieżki spacerowe, co idealnie sprawdza się przy aktywnym wypoczynku. Jedynym drobnym minusem był fakt, że do głównego budynku z basenami, saunami i spa trzeba dojść zewnętrzną drogą – przy niepogodzie nie jest to zbyt komfortowe. Ale poza tym wszystko naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Niestety, rozczarowała nas restauracja Kuchnia po Polsku w hotelu. Dotarłyśmy tam w piątek wieczorem – nie było wielu gości, chciałyśmy zamówić cztery kolacje i drinki. Kelner był niemiły, odpowiadał w sposób, który absolutnie nie przystoi w hotelu tej klasy. Co gorsza – zapomniał złożyć naszego zamówienia, przez co na posiłek czekałyśmy aż 1,5 godziny. Dania podano nam w dwóch turach, co było bardzo niekomfortowe. Owszem, po godzinie przyniósł lampki szampana i przeprosił, ale niestety nie zatarło to złego wrażenia. Samo jedzenie było przeciętne. Za to restauracja Albero – totalny hit! Przepyszne jedzenie, profesjonalna i serdeczna obsługa – tam czułyśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowane. Z przyjemnością wróciłabym do tego miejsca ponownie.

The shower was leaking in the apartment, toilet paper was leaking, the terrace downstairs was not protected by a railing in the case of small children. There was a small slope. For adults it is not a problem for young children risky. In the playroom in apartments 3 the lack of ventilation at least was not turned on, the heat and the smell of sweat for the sitting parents is not comfortable. A sharp knife would be useful in apartments with a kitchenette, because you can't cut anything comfortably with a bread knife. And the most important thing is the lack of outdoor space for children, a playground or a place where they can run outdoors. For toddlers it may not be important, but for older children it is a big lack.

W sali zabaw w apartamentach 3 brak wentylacji przynajmniej nie była włączona, gorąco i zapach potu dla siedzących rodziców nie jest komfortowy. Przydał by się ostry nóż w apartamentach z aneksem kuchennym bo nożem do chleba nic nie pokroisz wygodnie. I najważniejsze to brak przestrzeni na zewnątrz dla dzieci jakiegoś boiska czy miejsca gdzie mogą pobiegać na świeżym powietrzu. Dla maluchów może to mało istotne ale dla większych dzieci to duży brak.

We stayed with a family of 4 people in an apartment away from the hotel. The rooms were generally clean, although the floor was so damaged, scratched that it seemed dirty all the time. The sofa in the sleeping area of the living room is not very comfortable. The shelves in the fridge are broken. Not enough storage space. There is only a wardrobe. There is no chest of drawers to be able to hide things other than clothes. Other than that, the animation program is sensational. Evening concerts made the stay more pleasant and the meeting with a real samurai will be remembered for a long time. The pool is full of attractions and the food is delicious. I recommend this place as much as possible!

Jídlo na snídani was great, the rooms were velké a čisté. Nicméně bazén je od 19:30 jen pro dospělé (vyženou děti), což nedává absolutně smysl, protože bazén je spíš dětský (všechny 3). Večeře jsou od 17 to 19 hodin (nechápu), ale patrně se jedná o polský zvyk, není to poprvé, co jsem to zažil v hotel in Poland. Pozitivum u snídani je, že si vyberete čas, kdy přijdete, čímž se eliminují "fronty" u pultů s jídlem. Dále je na fotkách z Google a hotel vidět mascoty Tlapkové patroly, but you are a 4 dny nepotkali ani jednou a obecně na hotel maskoti nebyli k vidění žádní (krom míst se stanoveným programem). Program pro děti je slabší s horší organizací (nemá to spád) a večerní dětská diskotéka (která vlastně nebyla diskotékou) je od 18 do 19 hodin, ale netančí se na ní, spíš se děti mezi sebou honí. Celkově bych hotel hodnotil kladně, nicméně vyžití pro děti (zvlášť ve večerních hodinách) je velice slabé, a pokud jste zvyklí na program do 22 nebo 23 hodin, zde to nenajdete.

Jídlo na snídani bylo super, pokoje velké a čisté. Nicméně bazén je od 19:30 jen pro dospělé (vyženou děti), což nedává absolutně smysl, protože bazén je spíš dětský (všechny 3). Dále je na fotkách z Google a hotelu vidět maskoty Tlapkové patroly, ale ty jsem za 4 dny nepotkali ani jednou a obecně na hotelu maskoti nebyli k vidění žádní (krom míst se stanoveným programem). Program pro děti je slabší s horší organizací (nemá to spád) a večerní dětská diskotéka (která vlastně nebyla diskotékou) je od 18 do 19 hodin, ale netančí se na ní, spíš se děti mezi sebou honí. Celkově bych hotel hodnotil kladně, nicméně vyžití pro děti (zvlášť ve večerních hodinách) je velice slabé, a pokud jste zvyklí na program do 22 nebo 23 hodin, zde to nenajdete.

The service is at a really high level, everyone is nice and polite. The hotel is located in a charming, quiet area with a beautiful view of the mountains. A cozy but very spacious room with a mega comfortable bed. Very clean. A very interesting program of attractions, practically every evening something interesting happens! Breakfasts are great. Very good sweet bread. It's been a long time since I've eaten such a tasty bun.

Bardzo czysto. Bardzo ciekawy program atrakcji, praktycznie co wieczór dzieje się coś ciekawego! Śniadania super. Bardzo dobre słodkie pieczywo. Dawno nie jadłam tak smacznej drożdżówki.

A hotel with an offer aimed at families. From the animations, the children liked the samurai fights and the walk with llamas the most. Varied food. The service is great. I was amused by the scene where pensioners complained about children running around by the outdoor pool. ;-) For a family getaway, it's a great place, but if you're looking for a quiet holiday, look for something else.

Hotel z ofertą skierowaną dla rodzin. Z animacji najbardziej się podobały dzieciom walki samurajów i spacer z lamami. Jedzenie zróżnicowane. Obsługa super. Rozbawiła mnie scena gdzie emeryci nad basenem zewnętrznym narzekali na biegające dzieci. ;-) Na wypad rodzinny miejsce świetne, ale jeśli szukasz spokojnego wypoczynku szukaj czegoś innego.

Dobrý den, stay u Vás byl příjemný, mám k němu ale výhrady: 1. Původní pokój apartmánový dům 6, číslo 112 - smrděl v něm kouř, opakovaně i přes větrání. Druhý den stay jsem požádal o nový pokoj a hned ho dostal - děkuji. Na apartmánu 116 tento problém nebyl. 2. Postele a matrace - postele vržou, po dlouhé době mě z matrací bolela záda. Tady to chce kvalitu rozhodně zvýšit a neodpovídá 5*. 3. Drobnější problémy: a) v hlavním pokoji (116) nešlo zatáhnout závěs, protože ho polovina chyběla b) vybavení - není k dispozici otvírák na víno, propisosvací tužky, papír, skleničky na víno...
